Security Bank of Harrison (c. 1956)

In this design for a modest, two-story building for Security Bank, the Bank Building & Equipment Corporation finished the façade in Roman brick and precast stone panels.  The upper-story of the façade is framed in concrete to set it apart from the storefront, and provides a perfect background for a large neon sign to mark the entrance.  Another neon sign around the side marks the entrance to drive-in windows added at the rear.
